Card Information:

All cards come with an insert and envelope, or, where applicable a box 
Joolsedesigns  are able to add extra wording if required. 
Please contact us if you wish to have extra information added to
either the front of the design or the insert.

Payment Information:

We accept pay pal, cash and personal cheque. All stationery orders must be accompanied by a 25% non refundable deposit.

The balance due to be paid 4 weeks before delivery date unless other agreement has been made between you and joolsedesigns. Personalised items must be paid in full.

We require a confirmation mail of the product and quantities of the designs that you have ordered.

Stationery orders will be sent Royal Mail Special Next Day

1 Kg £6.40

2 Kg £8.25

Over 2 Kg and up to 10 Kg £20.70

If you would rather use personal cheque, please
contact us using the contact us via the email  on our home page. We will be
happy to provide the details of where to send the payment.

We aim to despatch all orders within 14 working days.  However,
this will be dependant on the quantity of cards ordered and any
special requests that you may have.

Samples

Samples are charged at cost. This charge will be refunded with any order placed.

We guarantee that you will be delighted with your order.
In the unlikely event your order does not arrive in mint condition
please contact us joolsedesigns@hotmail.co.uk within 7 days and we would be happy to
either replace or refund any faulty items.
